The Sheffield Lane Band - 1971

These photos were taken sometime in 1971, at my home on Sheffield Lane in Harrisburg PA. I was in 7th grade.

Bob Long and I attended Susquehanna Township Middle School.

Dave Stamm and I attended Rockville United Methodist Church; we had earlier attended 5th grade together at the Herbert Hoover Elementary School.

 

So the three of us got together and the Sheffield Lane Band was formed. The first band for all of us.

Dave and I reunited in August 2007. It had been 29 years since we had seen each other. From October 2007 through August 2011, I played guitar in Dave's rock-n-roll/variety band, Lucky Afternoon.
